2. Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange)
3. Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of receiving your original order.

1. Wigs not in original condition or have odors.
2. Wigs were accepted more than 10 days.
3. Custom made wigs, last call or clearance items, discontinued items, care products, accessories, liquids, special order items and wholesale orders.

NOTE:

LaceWigsBuy only accept Exchange or Return on Eligible Items. Therefore, when you get the wig, please try it first without cutting the lace and using glue as we don't accept the exchange or return on the used wigs. In this way, if the wig is not suitable or you don't like it,  you can easily contact us for exchange or return.
