It's VERY soft and didn't have a bad smell. I have yet to wash it or do any customizing to it. It sits on my head very well, even though I haven't glued it on. I have only cut the lace off, and it looks so good. I had reservations about the size, since my head is a bit big, but after prepping my hair (showered and prepped into two braids), the unit fit perfectly. Hope to be able to review more colors with iShow. I was super satisfied with this unit. Looks super full!

This hair is gorgeous, very light and soft and bouncy! Knots bleach easily and the texture is very natural, the only downside is the hair sheds a bit but nothing too bothersome.

This hair is not bad at all. It has a nice natural shine to it, once installed it feels more like a 24 inches maybe 26 inches depending how short you are I am only 5 4. I was scared it was going to be super short but it was not at all. I used a hot comb for the roots it worked perfectly and I used a flat iron and it straightens perfectly fine too. Shedding is not bad at all which surprised me. I had it in for about 3 weeks now. Hope this helps.

Before purchasing, I was kind of iffy about curly wigs since this was my first one. I've always wanted a curly unit since I've always worn straight long and short , but I was very happy that it came so fast and also it looks amazing on me!! I had ordered 18 inches but since im more on the short side it looks like 20 something inches which I love so much!!! Communication was very excellent, no smell as well as the hair being so soft with easily blendable lace. I'm looking forward to ordering again !!!

I ordered 22' 150%density natural color 13/6frontal wig on Sunday and I received it Thursday morning. Hair came silky straight and full. It's preplucked so I didnt have to do much. This is the hair the next day without bleaching knots or doing extra plucking. Love the hair. I had it two weeks now , minimum shedding while detailing after shampooing. Hair has not tangled on me.
