Placing Your First Order

Placing an order is quick and easy with Lacewigsbuy. There's no need to create an account first. You will create your account during the checkout procedure when you place your first order online.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

When shopping in a particular product category like “Straight Wigs", you will find more information about a specific product by clicking on the name of the item or the Picture. To add items to your Shopping Basket, simply click 'Add to Cart' while viewing the item you wish to purchase. To continue shopping and browsing, simply turn to the other pages until you're finished shopping. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the 'Proceed to Checkout' icon at the top of every page of our store. Keep in mind that your Shopping Basket isn't permanent. If you put things in your Shopping Basket and leave the site without checking out, your Shopping Basket will be emptied and the items will be put back on the shelves.

Checking Out

Before checking out, take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Basket. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item, click the “x” on the line item you wish to remove and you will get a new total. If you wish to change the quantity of items purchased, please delete the item from the cart and add the item to card again. Provide a Shipping Address

Please check your billing address carefully. Incorrect billing address will be rejected by PayPal. Billing address can be different from shipping address.

Order Processing

When we get your payment which is paid before 11:00 AM EST, we will arrange the shipment on 11:00AM EST. This means order placed after 11:00AM EST will be arranged to ship on 11:00AM EST the next day.  When we arranged the shipment, our workers will pack your item and then inform the delivery service to pick up the item for shipment. The whole handling time is about 48 hours.

NOTE: Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays and additional shipping and handling charges, so information must be verified. Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

Cancel Order

Any changes or cancellation must be made before 11:00AM EST.

Changes or cancellation made after 11:00AM EST will be charged 5% of the total. There is no cancellation fee for any request to cancel, or change if the request is made before the order processes at 11:00AM EST i.e.) If you place an order on Friday before 11:00AM EST, you need to call us by 11:00AM EST on the same day in order to cancel or change your order. If you place an order after 11:00AM EST on Friday, you can call us by 11:00AM EST on Saturday.

If you make an error or you want to cancel your order after it has been authorized and shipped, we're sorry but there is nothing we can do until you receive your order. You’ll need to receive the order first and then return it (in accordance with our Return Policy) for a refund. We will charge shipping and handling fee if your package is already shipped out. If a package delivery is refused by the customer and sent back to us for any reason, the returned shipping cost will be automatically deducted from the customer’s Refund.

* Standard Cancellation Policy does not Apply to "Express" Shipping Orders. For “Express” Shipping Orders, changes or cancellation must be made immediately, within the same day of placing “Express” order by 11:00AM EST. Changes or cancellation made after 11:00AM EST will be charged 15% of the total.


If a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority waitlist. We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival. In addition we will inform and update by email with the estimated arrival date. If backordered item(s) are not received in a reasonable length of time, please contact us.

Handling Time

Delivery takes 2-3 days from factories to us so usually we will ship your item out in about 3 business days after payment received. As factories don’t work on weekends, handling time may take 4-5 business days for order placed on Friday. Once wig is shipped out, we will offer tracking number via email.

Custom Made Wigs

All the wigs put on sale are in stock and ready to ship. If you can't find what you want on our site, please contact us and we can offer custom make for you. Please contact our Customer Service to place order.

Lace Front Wigs:
We need 15 days to custom made lace front wigs and 3 days to handle your order.

Full Lace Wigs:
We need 3 weeks to custom made full lace wigs and 3 days to handle your order.

We can expedite the customizing time to only 2 weeks but an extra $20 will be charged.

* Once your wig is shipped out, you can check our Shipping Option about the deliver time.


Exchange & Return Policy


Eligible Products

1. In original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.
2. Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange)
3. Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of receiving your original order.

Ineligible Products

1. Wigs not in original condition or have odors.
2. Wigs were accepted more than 10 days.
3. Costume wigs, last call or clearance items, discontinued items, care products, accessories, liquids, special order items and wholesale orders.


1. A wig hygiene guard is provided with every wig for use when trying the wig on. This helps to maintain the product’s eligibility for exchange/return.

2. If your product is ineligible for FREE exchange, you can still exchange item in 10 days but all the shipping charges caused are on buyer.

3. If your product is ineligible for return, you can still return the item in 10 days but 35% restocking fee will be applied. The wigs which are cut short or damaged can’t be returned.

How to Exchange or Return

Contact us first about the problem you met, we will try our best to solve your problem. If your problem can’t be solved without exchange or return, we will be happy to accept it and add your name in our exchange or return system. You can then send the item back to the address on the original shipment. Exchange without contacting will be charged 10% handling fee. Return without communication will be rejected.

Exchange Policy

1. If you are not happy with the wig, you can exchange the eligible item for FREE! LaceWigsBuy.com will waive all fees associated including the return shipping charges!

2. The same shipping information and shipping method submitted with your original order will apply for your exchange order, unless specified.

3. Any balance remaining after your exchange will be refunded to the PayPal account submitted with your original order.

Expedite the Exchange Process (Cross-ship)

Need your exchange product now?  Place a new order online or email [email protected] . We will ship your new product without delay if you agree to have the new purchase paid with PayPal. Indicate the new order number on the Exchange Request Form and when we receive and process the eligible returned product, we'll issue a refund without restocking fees.

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns on all eligible products.  We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products, therefore, in order to return these products to the manufacturer, a 20% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise. If your product is ineligible for return, 30% restocking fee will be applied. The wigs which are cut short or damaged can’t be returned.

Once the restocking fee is applied, any balance remaining will be refunded to the PayPal account submitted with your original order.
