Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, please reach out to our Customer Care team within 24 hours of placing order.

* Please note that we are not able to process cancellation once the order has been shipped.

Order Returns

We are pleased to accommodate exchanges and returns of unused wigs within 30 days upon receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the wig must be in its original condition, with the hair uncut, unbleached, color unchanged, and the lace remaining untouched (without any cutting or secondary trimming).

* Please note that wigs are personal items that directly touch the scalp and we prioritize the safety and hygiene of our customers. Therefore, we are unable to accept used wigs for return.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return. Providing additional details, such as the reasons for returning and any relevant pictures, will help us expedite the process.

2. Our representative will provide the return address after your return request is approved.

3. Kindly note that we do not provide shipping labels.

4. Please return your package(s) via USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number for convenience, as we are not responsible for loss of package or stolen packages. We will not issue return credit without proof of receipt and delivery. You may be responsible for covering shipping costs for return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.

5. We will process your refund within 2 business days after returned item(s) is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

* Note: Please contact our team first to obtain the return address. Unauthorized returns are not eligible for a refund.


1. Refund will be processed and automatically returned to your original method of payments in 3-10 business days.

2. If the return is due to the buyer's responsibilities (such as don't like/want, ordering wrong products/sizes), we may remove approx $30 from your refund as restocking fee/handling fee.

3. The $30 fee may also be charged on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an 'un-deliverable' address.

* Refunds will be issued through the original payment channel. If the card used for the purchase has expired or is no longer valid, please contact the card issuer for assistance.

Order Exchanges

If you would like to exchange for a different item, please follow the same return process above. Our representative will confirm the exchange product and necessary payment adjustments after your exchange request is approved.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange.

Order Delete

The system will keep the order with “canceled” status for 7 days, and will automatically delete it after 7 days. If you have any questions, please contact our online customer service or send us an email.
